He has thought Turkish Language and Literature in Eastern and Central Anatolia for six years. Then he obtained a master's Degree in Children's Literature at the University of Glasgow and then a PhD in education. He has undertaken various academic roles in leading universities. He taught Turkish and English as a secondary language at various levels. He is a co-founder of Happy Education Hub C.I.C. He was awarded a level 2 project management certificate and ran a number of funded education projects. He also worked as a freelance interpreter and translator. He likes being outdoors, walking, playing volleyball and football, reading, and messing around with children.
